Throughout we felt confident that they were working towards planning what we wanted, not just another job. A very personal service starting with Ruth's helpful explanation of the options, Natalie's endless patience as we jigged the order of service and newspaper notice. Telephone communication was excellent and certainly lessened the stress. I am sorry I cannot recall all the names but everybody was helpful. As it would have been very difficult for me to collect the Order of Service booklet the day before the funeral, Teresa detoured on her way home and brought them to me after her day's work. On the day, everything went as planned and our loved one was laid to rest with great dignity and respect. Thank you so much. Mary
