It is our usual practise to meet with you as soon as you feel ready to discuss your needs and any final wishes of your loved one. Funeral arrangements usually take place at our Funeral Home at Balmoral Road, Northampton. However, if you are unable to travel, we can arrange to visit you at your home address. Alternatively, we can organise for a virtual meeting or telephone call.

Our range of professional services can include:

• Guidance and support with the registration of death and liaising with HM Coroner.
• Conveyance of your loved one by private ambulance, into our care.
• Making all necessary arrangements for the funeral service, including scheduling venues, officiants, transportation, and communicating with all relevant third-parties.
• Provision of a clear and detailed estimate of costs.
• Administration of all necessary legal and medical documentation, and submission to the relevant organisations.
• Assisting in organising a burial plot.
• Preparing announcements for publication in local or national newspapers.
• Arranging for professionally printed memorial stationery including printed Order of Service.
• Advice and assistance for floral tributes.
• Provision of an online tribute page for your loved one.
• Sign-posting to related organisations or third-party providers, including Memorial Stonemasons, Life Ledger etc.
• Support and advice regarding memorial urns, caskets, keepsakes and jewellery.
• Assistance in organising the interment of your loved one’s cremated remains.

The option to include online donations to your chosen registered charity can be featured with a tribute page.

Please note: the online donations service is not available with direct cremation funerals.
